How can you develop a dialog with your guides?

1. 1.  Invite your guides and angels to assist you with loving guidance from the highest source of unconditional love.  You have the free will to learn from life the hard way, so you must give them permission if you desire their help.
   

2. 2. Meditate regularly to develop your intuition and a strong trusting relationship with your guides.  Show them you are committed to the process by setting a regular mediation practice and consulting them daily over little things so you will learn to  trust what you are getting.  Remember to thank them when you are finished or receive a “gut” feeling about a choice.
   

3. 3. Practice Inner Listening to develop a relationship with your own inner guidance and deepest truth.  Do not judge yourself in this process, just DO it. 
   

I love prayer and pray often, especially prayers of gratitude and for those on my healing list.  But as wonderful as prayer feels, it is still talking to God.  The other side of the coin is listening to God.  That is what happens in meditation, at first through a “gut” feeling or a strong “knowing.”  With practice it comes through with greater clarity, as messages from your higher self (greater aspect of your being that is always in direct oneness with God), angels and spiritual teachers (non-physical guides).  Even 15 minutes a day, or 3 times a week if that is all you can manage, will get you started.

From my own experience of doing it the hard way, I recommend a regular meditation practice.  I was not very disciplined, only sitting in meditation when I was in pain or needed to resolve an emotional issue.  It took me several years of sitting with mind chatter before a “breakthrough” with clear communication - and even then I thought I was making it up.  Trust and allowing is very important, but many left brained people, like myself, struggle to turn over the mind.  Just try to get into your right brain for 15 minutes a day and you will succeed!  

I will post some of my own journal entries on this blog site, sharing conversations I’ve had with my guides, to offer their wonderful insight, but also to demonstrate how this process can work for YOU.  We all have guides to help us maneuver through life in highest truth and integrity.  I am not speaking of simple right and wrong integrity, but how to live from YOUR deepest truth and soul purpose as you learn your life lessons and discover your true soul nature.  You will learn to clarify that inner knowing that already speaks to you through your “gut instinct.”  You can fine tune your awareness, so that information is available in yes/no “feelings” at first and eventually in a clear conversation or sudden complete understanding, insight or awareness.  When you reach that level of communication, you will NEVER feel alone in the world again!  You will know your spiritual family and it will feel like the Verizon mobile phone ad, with a team of people standing by to assist your every need.  Blessings to each of you as you journey inward.  It is truly the journey of a lifetime!

Explanation of Sessions

I practice intuitive healing, which I’ve been guided to call True Light Process.  True Light Process restores the body, mind and spirit to optimal flow and function within the parameters of the soul’s purpose and growth.  It is deeply transformational soul healing, a cooperation of human and divine forces that brings about your highest healing for the highest good.

No two healing sessions are alike. Your session will be a customized divinely guided (fully channeled) healing using Light Languages, tones, songs, codes and frequencies to help you heal at all levels of body, mind and spirit.  Light Language, also known as the Language of the Soul, carries evolutionary encodements for healing, DNA activations, clearing of blocks, limiting habitual patterns and more, to bring you into greater alignment with your true soul essence.  The goal is to restore you to your divine blueprint, your original Light Body, your True Light.

In addition to the physical and emotional healing one would expect during a traditional healing session, you will receive multidimensional energy transmissions supporting improved psychic awareness and helping you raise your frequency to carry more Love and Light.
