It is my intention to share insights, “Ahaaa!” moments, tips and new perspectives that led me to greater understanding, happiness, healing and solutions in life.  These perspectives come from my personal life experience, meditations, messages from my guides and session work with clients.  In the case of work with clients, I will alter names as necessary to protect the client’s confidentiality.

My “truth” and yours may differ. Thankfully, there is room for many perspectives and truths to reside side by side, without a need to judge one as right and all others wrong.  As in all things, please only take away what resonates with you and leave the rest.  I have discovered that one’s truth changes as it evolves over time.  Enjoy the journey of a lifetime as you discover and evolve yours!
